Liz is the Director of the UW Center for Evaluation & Research for STEM Equity (CERSE) and is also an Affiliate Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology. Her research interests include the educational climate for undergraduate and graduate students, intersectionality of identities, and gender stratification in education and the workforce.
