MEM-SeedChemistry

Munira Khalil is a Professor of Chemistry. Her research group develops new femtosecond tools spanning the infrared to X-rays in order to measure correlated electronic and atomic/vibrational (vibronic) degrees of freedom in condensed phase molecular and material systems with high spatial and temporal resolution. The goal is to measure and eventually manipulate vibronic couplings with light and/or chemical synthesis to direct charge and energy flow for applications in light harvesting and catalysis.
